Man caught with more than a pound of marijuana charged

Narcotics police officers reported that they captured 29-year-old gang member Jonathan Lugo after a house raid that found him with more than a pound of marijuana on November 4 in Dallas, The Dallas Morning News reported.

Lugo is currently incarcerated in the Dallas County Jail and was assigned a $3,500 bond. He confessed to the authorities upon interrogation that he was a member of the gang Tango Blast, which is renowned for selling illegal drugs all over Texas.Lugo also told the police officers that he sold marijuana from his father’s house in southwest Dallas and showed them his gang tattoo.

Craig Robinson detained for drug possession

“The Office” actor Craig Robinson was detained in the Bahamas for drug possession and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine on October 9, according to authorities.

The 41-year old actor was headed back to the United States after doing a comedy show when he was stopped by authorities as he tried to board a plane in Nassau. Custom agents found 18 ecstasy pills and a half gram of marijuana in his possession.

Robinson was taken into custody and pleaded guilty to two counts of drug possession. He told the court that he did not know that the drugs were illegal in the Bahamas when he brought them from the United States.

He was ordered by Magistrate Andrew Forbes to pay a $1,000 fine and to leave the country.
