Former Baltimore Ravens running back Bernard Pierce, who has recently been picked up by the Jacksonville Jaguars, is scheduled to make an appearance at the Towson District Court on June 2 for the preliminary trial of his pending driving while intoxicated case, court records from a Maryland court showed, according to the Baltimore Sun on May 6.

Pierce was taken into custody by police officers on March 18 just before 2 a.m. in Baltimore County on Dulaney Valley Road and was bailed out by the Ravens around 12 hours after his arrest.
