According to the man, the incident occurred when two undercover police spotted him outside of his home. The man has admitted that he has a lengthy criminal history and had been drinking and driving earlier that morning.

The 46-year-old man was sentenced to 360 months in prison after he was convicted in January for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and money laundering.

A 38-year-old man struck another vehicle and then fled the scene of the accident. The driver of the car that was hit was immediately transported to the hospital with serious injuries.

An officer later found the 38-year-old driver’s car by noticing the damage on his car and thinking it would be congruent to the accident. A field sobriety test was done to the man and he failed this and the blood test that was ran.

The woman was driving a Kia when she struck a 33-year-old bicyclist. A Breathalyzer test at the scene measured her blood alcohol content at 0.08 and the police officer on the scene originally said that alcohol was not the cause of the incident.
