A 19-year-old man was arrested and is currently in jail after he attacked a woman over the weekend. The man claimed that he was “feeding” on the woman because he was a 500-year-old vampire.

When police arrived at the scene, the man claimed that he needed to “feed” and begged the officers to restrain him so that he would not kill them. The man has been charged with burglary and intent to commit assault after he got into a woman’s apartment that he did not know.

He then began to bite and hit the woman and dragged her from her apartment. Once out of the apartment, the woman was able to break free. Officers have said that the man was not under the influence of any drugs and that he honestly believed that he was a vampire.

A man has recently been arrested after allegedly beating a Capital Metro bus driver on June 10.

The incident occurred as the bus stopped at the Techni Center Drive in East Austin and the man was the only person on the bus. He then attempted to rob the bus driver and beat him.

The driver suffered injuries to his face, but has since been released from the hospital. The 31-year-old suspect was charged with aggravated robbery by assault and was in the Travis County Jail on $100,000 bail.

A Port Arthur man has been indicted on assault charges after he allegedly struck his son in the face.

According to documents, the 46-year-old man was arrested after his son was allegedly struck multiple times because he refused to fix a computer.

This is a third-degree felony and if convicted the man could face anywhere between two and 10 years in prison and fines up to $10,000. Two other Port Arthur men were also indicted on assault charges.

Two men were arrested this week after a fight that occurred last week in Lewis County.
