Suspected drunk driver killed in Grand Prairie accident

A suspected drunk driver was killed as a result a crash that occurred in Arlington.

According to authorities, the 33-year-old Arlington man was killed after being involved in a rear-end collision on Interstate 30 on Sunday night. The man was allegedly drunk driving when he collided into the back of an SUV that was parked on the side of the interstate.

Before striking the stationary vehicle, the man’s car drifted off the roadway into a field and hit a construction sign. The investigation into the accident is still underway at this time and toxicology reports have also not come back.
