Anti-drunk driver efforts raised for holiday season

The Texas Department of Transportation has launched a new anti-drunk driving campaign to remind people to call a cab if they have been drinking. The campaign is tag lined “Don’t drive if you are tipsy, buzzed or Blitzen. Call a cab and get a sober ride home.”

The news release stated that the new campaign, will feature posters, decals, and bathroom mirrors at bars and restaurants. The campaign will be across the state of Texas including major cities such as Dallas, San Antonio, Houston El Paso, Austin and the Rio Grande Valley. There will also be billboards for the campaign and public service announcements.
