Judge arrested for third DWI charge

State troopers have said that a judge from Mercedes has been arrested for his third DWI charge.

The judge was pulled over in Harlingen for speeding and he failed the field sobriety test. He was then arrested for suspicion for driving while intoxicated. A blood sample was taken from the judge, but results of the test have not come back yet. The judge faces felony DWI charges because this is his third arrest on his record.
