A 14-year-old girl in Austin was arrested and charged with a DWI after her uncle, knowing she was drunk, let her drive him home.

An anonymous person called the police on the car after seeing it maneuver recklessly around 11:30 p.m. The girl was driving and fishtailed the car, drove into the bike lane, and when pulled over, she drove over the curb and into a residential lawn. Her 39-year-old uncle was charged with public intoxication and endangering a child.
